Who can participate in this program?

Currently, the referral program is only available to existing SketchDeck.ai customers.

Who qualifies as a valid referral?

Any fabricator or erector who is not already in our system. They must be a new contact to SketchDeck.ai and must become a paying customer for you to receive the reward.

When do I receive my $500 reward?

The reward is issued after the referred company makes their first payment. Processing typically takes 2-3 weeks after their payment clears.

How will I receive my payment?

Payments are issued via [Pluto/Bill.com - TBD]. You'll receive instructions on setting up your payment method after your first successful referral.

Is there a limit to how many referrals I can submit?

No. You can refer as many qualified companies as you'd like. Each successful referral earns you $500.

What happens after I submit a referral?

Our sales team will reach out to the referred company within 2-3 business days to schedule a demo. We'll keep you updated on the status of your referral via email.

Do I need to convince them to buy LIFT?

No. Your only job is to make the introduction. Our team handles all demos, questions, and the sales process. No additional work required from you.

What if someone else refers the same company?

The first person to submit the referral gets credit. Submissions are timestamped, and we'll notify you if a company has already been referred.

Can I refer companies outside the steel fabrication industry?

The program is currently focused on steel estimators, fabricators, and erectors. If you know someone in a related industry, contact your customer success manager to discuss eligibility.
